Is there a charge for travel expenses?

If your event is within a 50 mile radius of our headquarters in Yorkshire, then there will be no charge for travel. For any events beyond this a small charge of 50p per mile will be added.

How big is your booth?

We need approximately a 3 metre square to set up the booth and so people can move in and out freely and safely. If you are unsure of the space at your event location let us know. we can speak to the venues directly so we ensure we set up the booth in the best location for you.

How will my photos be printed?

All photos will be printed 6×4 inches using state-of-the-art thermal dye sublimation printers, as used by photo processing companies the world over. These ensure all photos are delivered touch dry, durable and waterproof in seconds. The prints can be personalised with a logo or message. This is included on our wedding package.

Can i download the photo booth images?

Your images will be available on an online password protected gallery where you can download the 6×4 images as many times as you like. There is a charge for any different size prints.

Do you provide staff with the booths?

Yes. We always provide a member of staff, a booth attendant at every event to make sure your booth runs smoothly. The attendant will set it all up and take it down. They will be on hand to help with props and poses and assist with the guest book. We want to make sure you get the most out of your Viva La Booth and nothing is left to chance.

How long is the booth hire?

The standard period is 3 hours and during this time you can have unlimited prints. Additional hours can be added at a cost of £75 per hour.

What is the guestbook and how does it work?

The guestbook is a high quality, leather bound book that features all of the pictures taken at your event. It comes complete with its own gift box and is hand delivered to you at the end of the booth hire period. We also provide a number of gel pens to allow guest to leave their own personalised messages alongside their pictures. The booth buddy will make sure the guests fill it in and is put aside for safe keeping.

Will we get a copy of the pictures too?

Yes. After your event we all the images will be available on an password protected online gallery for you and your guests to view and download. We will check them though before they go live for any err indiscretions.

Will our guests be able to view all of the photos?

Yes. Following your event we will create a password protected gallery that your guests can access to view all of the pictures taken in the booth.

Is it possible to choose between colour or black & white prints?

Yes. You can choose to print your images in either colour or black & white.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance and all of our booths are electrically PAT tested.

How long do the booths take to set up?

Our typical setup time ranges between 30 and 45 minutes, so we will make sure we arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the start of your event. All time required for setup is included free of charge and is not counted as part of your run time. If you would like the booth set up earlier than two hours prior to the start time there is a small charge of £35 per hour idle time.

Can the booths go in a marquee?

The booth can go in a marquee or tent event, as long as its flat and dry and there is an electricity supply.

How does the slow mo booth work?

Our slow mo booth takes super slow motion videos of you and your guests having fun. We then create an awesome edited video after the event and publish this online for you to download and share as many times as you like. It is set up at the same time as the booth in the same space just another camera and maybe extra lighting is required. It can fit about 8 in the same as the booth. This is an optional extra and requires our resident film maker so contact us for a price. Its fab.

Can we have video messaging?

Yes we can film you guests leaving messages for you. These are great to watch back. this is an optional extra and will be edited and available for you to download after the event within 21 days.

Slide show projection what’s this?

The images taken in the booth can be projected onto a large screen, monitor or wall. They can be on a rotation cycle for everyone to see. For a corporate event this is great as it shows where all the fun is taking place and has a big impact. This is an optional extra and we will need to check if your venue can accommodate this.

How do i book and do I need to pay a deposit?

Please contact by email at or on 07961925684 and we will send you a booking form. A £200 deposit is required to secure your photo booth hire booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event taking place. Payment can be provided by BACS transfer or by cheque or we can take credit card payment.
